SALES TERMS
All Sales are final, binding and non-refundable, all tickets/passes are personal.
At all times the whole pass amount is due and the buyer is responsible.
If you can’t make it for whatever reason you can resell or giveaway your pass, transfer fee of 10€ applies.
For couple passes the buyer is paying for the leader & follower passes, remember to forward your passes to your partner.

Full Passes & Day Passes – payment is done in general in 2 parts:
1) WHEN REGISTERING
50% + Ticketing/Payment Processing per Pass is paid when registering you and your partners spot
Payment is the pass amount + ticketing & payment processing.
- Select your pass below, follow in the details and check-out.
- If you bought a couple pass forward the passes in your email to your partner in case you won’t arrive at the same time.
- Remaining amount is paid at check-in
Payment is the pass amount + ticketing & payment processing.
You can pay the whole amount or partially using Cultural Credit.
Check the price of the pass you want to buy from below, before selecting your pass below and proceeding to check-out follow these steps.
- Make a payment in the relevant Cultural Credit App for the amount of cultural credit you want to pay to I Dance Helsinki, it’s either under cultural or sports service providers.
- Send a screenshot or receipt of the payment by WhatsApp or SMS to Omar (050 573 9449), if we are not normally connected write your first and last name.
- You will receive a promo code asap.
- Now proceed to register below, during the process click on “I have a promo code” and enter the code you have been provided. If the amount paid with cultural credit was only a part of the cost the remaining amount is paid by card, if it was the full amount then you can simply check out.
- If you bought a couple pass forward the passes in your email to your partner in case you won’t arrive at the same time.
- Remaining amount is paid at check-in

2) AT CHECK-IN
50% in cash at check-in, please take the exact amount to speed up payment processing, the amount due is stated on each ticket.
Note that if you used a promo code it was applied to the first part and the remaining amount due is what it states on the ticket.
